God, Sex & Church:

a theology of healthy sexuality

This event offers attendees the opportunity to practice community hermeneutic and study important theological topics. Everyone is welcome.

Delegates are responsible to make their own hotel reservations directly with the Hampton Inn in Winnipeg.

The deadline for hotel reservations is September 20, 2015.

Transportation

Airport shuttle between the Winnipeg Airport and the Hampton Inn is complimentary. Carpooling between the church and hotel will be coordinated for hotel guests daily prior to and immediately following study conference sessions.

Registration Fees

Early Bird registration fee before June 30, 2015:
$149 (MB rate) or $189 (other denominations) per person

Regular registration fee after June 30:
$189 (MB rate) or $239 (other denominations) per person

Registration fees include all conference materials, refreshment breaks, Thursday lunch and supper, and Friday lunch.

Deadline for registration is October 6, 2015!

Cancellation Policy – Refunds less administrative fee of $75 will be granted to requests received by email at michelle.penner@mbchurches.ca or in writing to Canadian Conference offices prior to October 6, 2015. No refunds (including transportation) will be granted after October 6, 2015, due to binding commitments between the Canadian conference and caterers. If you are unable to attend, substitutions are allowed.

Remember each church may send one delegate for every 25 members, plus one pastor.
