Paul Cumin serves as the pastor of Pemberton Community Church (about 200 km north of Vancouver, B.C.) for 10 years. He has been married for 20 years and has three children. Paul has a B.A. in Missions from Moody Bible Institute, an M.A. in Spiritual Theology from Regent College and a Ph.D. in Christian Doctrine from King’s College London. He is the author of Christ at the Crux (Wipf & Stock, 2014.)

Laura Schmidt Roberts lives in Fresno, California where she is professor of Biblical & Religious Studies at Fresno Pacific University and a member of College Community Church, MB. Laura holds a PhD in Systematic Theology from the Graduate Theological Union (Berkeley, Calif.). She and her husband enjoy bicycling, hiking and skiing with their two tweenage daughters.
